Southern Cross Hospitals is constantly working to develop appropriate and engaging education programmes - not only for our nursing teams but also for those in management and leadership roles. Naturally, we aim to make them relevant to the marketplace and truly supportive of our people and their development - offering access to education programmes and accepting applications in line with the prevailing requirements within the organisation.

Our nurses, and indeed all our teams, are encouraged to develop their skills by attending relevant conferences, seminars and training courses.
In many cases, Southern Cross Hospitals will contribute or co-operate in some way to support our employees’ attendance on relevant education programmes, or at appropriate forums and education events.
